Cat Breeder ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, continuously or while you are using the App, to provide location-based services (finding cats near you). If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, photo gallery, sensors, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We use information collected via the App to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Facilitate matching with other cat owners and breeders.
- Enable user-to-user communications.
- Process payments and subscriptions (via third-party services like RevenueCat).
- Send you notifications regarding matches and messages.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

- RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and payments.
- Apple/Google: For processing app store transactions.
Other Users
When you interact with other users on the App, they may see your name, profile photo, location (distance), and descriptions of your activity.
4. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
6. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data and cat profiles will be permanently removed from our active databases.
